Confusing Application

My wife and I bought this application, but simply could not get it to work. We downloaded the manual, read it a few times, and still could not get this to work. We had to go through the setup tool three times and still could not simply erase a mistake or get the budgets to annotate correctly. The program is very detailed, but the interface is not intiutive. We have spent many hours trying to get to set up a base line budget, but in the end we gave up and are trying other programs. It took so long just to make simple adjustments in our budget, we dreaded using the program. Maybe this is intended for people who have a lot of time to work with the program but for simple day to day interactions, it was not for us. If you do have more time or are willing to really learn this program, it has a lot of functionality.

The customer service was very good and prompt and no issues at all with the support.
