New version has major issues

I have used the former versions of this app for 3 years and have loved it. The new version keeps crashing. I thought it was because we had just done a complete virus/cookies scan of our computer so I reinstalled the app, recreated a new account and envelopes which took me several hours and now it has crashed again.
